Sharing God’s love with the world is the fundamental mission of the Christian church.

Therefore, our testimony is expressed through our lifestyle in day to day life but also sharing the good news of Jesus Christ through:

• The radio. The local station in our city , Tarragona Radio, has the “Porta a l’ Esperança” program on Sundays at 9:30 a.m. 

• Conferences: Each trimester we present a conference in different venues of the city bringing a Christian perspective to current event topics.

• Concerts: We try to offer the city a couple of concerts a year that reflect the musical and cultural wealth of the Protestant people.

• Blood donations: Once a  year (third Saturday of February) in collaboration with the Blood Bank of the Hospital Joan XXIII.

• Sant Jordi book table (April 23rd): We are culture and have very interesting and relevant resources to share.

• Church webpage: We upload all the services and bulletins to our webpage.

• Services and activities of the church: Our meetings focus on the preaching of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

• Various events in collaboration with other Evangelical churches and organizations.

Every Sunday the children learn Bible stories, paint, play and share in  Sunday school. In addition, throughout the year different activities are organized such as Vacation Bible School, Christian Olympics or Christmas parties.

We want to initiate activities that help marriages and families, whether they belong to the congregation and or not, to provide tools so they can strengthen their relationship and achieve the purpose of a healthy marriage and a healthy family, living principles of life.

As young adults it’s sometimes hard for us to organize ideas in our minds and doubts attack us. For this reason, every Saturday we met to study the Bible (God’s Word) and enjoy time together. To do this, we carry out different kinds of meetings, activities and excursions.

Every Saturday the teenagers spend some time together to get to know each other, strengthen their friendships and learn more about the lifestyle that Jesus Christ proposes.

The Women’s Group meets every first and third Thursday of each month, for a time of fellowship and edification in the Word of God.

We aim to have a constant and daily relationship with God and for this reason, it is essential to know His Word, the Bible. This is possible thanks to the different educational areas, such as: It is not an extracurricular activity that takes place on Sunday mornings. It is a department and ministry within the evangelical congregations which aims to teach God’s message for men and women in a clear, simple and enjoyable way, through the study of the Bible and biblical doctrine. Sunday School is divided into groups, according to the different ages of students, for which different methods and teaching materials are used.

We want to demonstrate the love of God in our lives, in a comprehensive and helpful service to the most disadvantaged individuals and social groups in our society, and all through the “Door to Hope” Association.
